Pawzler is dishwasher safe. After taking it out of the dishwasher, rinse with warm water to get rid of any potential residue.
When attaching the pawzles to the base, press them down until you hear a click. For removing the pawzles from the base, press together the legs underneath. -
Shipping: We are currently shipping throughout the USA. Depending on your location, your Pawzler will be with you in 3 – 7 business days. Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at the checkout.
Returns: If you have issues with your order, email us at usa@pawzler.com within 14 days of delivery for assistance. For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of unused items in their original condition.
