Shipping costs depend on the location of the customer and are calculated at the checkout.

Shipping times depend on the location of the customer, but your order should be with you in 3-7 business days. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

We are only responsible for ensuring delivery of your order to the original shipping address provided at checkout. If you choose to use a freight forwarder, reshipper, or any other third-party service to send your package to a different destination, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or additional costs that may occur after the package has been successfully delivered to the original shipping address. Any claims related to shipments forwarded by third-party services must be handled directly with the forwarder.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused toys can be exchanged 14 days after the order is placed. The order can be exchanged or refunded. If you wish to return your product, email usa@pawzler.com.

In case your product arrives damaged please email usa@pawzler.com. Please attach photos of the damage and we will ship replacements of the damaged parts right away.
